It is November 2025 and 2.93 million people in New York state (14.% of the population) were expecting to receive SNAP benefits. Since the 1930s, the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program helps low income people maintain adequate nutrition by helping   them afford healthy food. During a government shutdown, millions of people of all ages are at risk of struggling to maintain sufficient nutrition. Communities and neighbors are offering many other services, including food banks, community meals, and mutual aid circles. But it's hard for people to know where to look and whether those programs still have resources.

Your team has been asked to develop an AI program that will help people gain access to food.

Using four concepts from the Design unit:

● Describe your proposed idea

●   Describe what you think the hardest challenge will be for the project

●   Describe one area where fine tuning will be important

●   Name the layer of the AI system that you would want to work on and why
