Task: |
This assessment requires a short report on the application of Industry 4.0 technologies in operations and supply chain management across any setting (manufacturing, services, private, or public sector). You should select one organisation that uses at least one Industry 4.0 technology and use it as a case study for your analysis. The report should include: • A brief overview of the chosen organisation and the context for its use of Industry 4.0 technology. • Details of the technology implemented and its impact on the organisation’s operations and supply chain. • Any ethical considerations arising from the technology’s use. Where relevant, support your analysis with relevant academic literature and non-academic sources, clearly cited and referenced, to strengthen your arguments and provide evidence for conclusions and recommendations. |
