AVIA 3410: Assignment 1

The Assignment is to be submitted electronically using the ‘Turnit in’ portal by 30 June 2024 with appropriate student declaration completed via Moodle.

Word Limit: 1500 (including footnotes)

Weighting: 30% (25 marks available)

Scenario

You have been successful in obtaining a graduate position within the compliance division of a major International airline based in SE Asia. Your manager has asked you to prepare a briefing paper on the actions of Belarus in intercepting a civilian airliner with military aircraft and whether it was allowed under international aviation laws
